When i turn the BROILER on it gives off a strong odor comming from the control panel It smells like an
elect. burning odor. I changed the control and it still gives of the smell
( only in the broiler mode the oven works fine)

Hi.

I recommend you to run the broiler without the rear panel and try to identify if the smell comes from the controls or from the oven vent.
