I purchased a Admiral stove top Model LGC1330ADB, it was a clearance item and did not come with manual. When stove top was installed yesterday, the center of the top between the burners is staying very hot. All of the parts appear to be installed and according to parts lists on internet.

Is there some type of barrier that is needed on the under side of the stove top to prevent the transmission of heat from the pilot light? I have all of the parts listed on parts list for both top and bottom of stove top.

Hi.

Raise the top and locate the pilot line. Near the manifold there is an adjustment screw.
Adjust the pilots, but not too small.

Thank you. Post the results.

Simon.
