Our dishwasher will not run in any of the wash cycles, sometimes the Delay Hours light would stay on or blink and you could get it to run in Normal Cycle if you played with the door switch long enough, so we finally replaced with the "Door Switch Repair Kit" that didn't change anything. So we recently replaced the "Electronic Control Assembly" and still it won't wash, but now the "Rinse Only" "China" and "Cancel/Drain" buttons are all flashing.

We are thinking the next step might be the Thermal Fuse, but since we have lights on the front didn't know if that would be necessary. At this rate if we keep trying these things we could have paid for a new one!! Please help, any suggestions as to what to do next?

Thanks
Jo

Hi Jo,

Sounds like the problem is a bad key pad and it was probably wrong from the beginning. The part number for the control panel are different for different colors as you can see from the parts diagram: Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL GU940SCGB2 | AppliancePartsPros.com
