Washer was full of water and would spin slowly but would not drain. Lifted front of washer and kind of shook it thinking maybe an airlock and it took off and spun and drained perfectly. When it filled the next time it would not drain again. Took all of clothes out and most of water and it drained and spun fine again. Would this be the drain pump or possibly a belt? I changed the main belt last year when it wouldn't spin.

Possible there is a floating foreign object inside the drain hoses or between the tubs. Remove the drain hose between the tub and the pump and check the hose and outlets. It is strongly recommended to replace both belts even if only one worn out. So it maybe a good idea to replace both belts at this time. It is very important to properly adjust the pump belt tension after installation. The instructions are attached. - The belts kit Part number: AP4011179
