I bought a replacement part for the baking element in my stove and find that the connection end is not quite the same as the old one. The old one seems to have crimpers attached for the wires. The new one has only holes on it. How do I connect the new element? Thanks

As you can see on the picture there are push on terminals on the Bake element unless you got a wrong part. Gene.
