My problems is this, my washer does not spin dry the clothes. I went to your site and they indicated the problem could be the motor coupling. I just took the motor coupling off and the part does not look like anything is broken. Could it still be defective?

Make sure you check all three pieces of the coupling.

If the machine will agitate but not spin the coupling is not the problem. In that case the clutch/brakes are most likely the issue. See the Sticky by Richappy at the top of the main washer page for more info.
