I have power coming in to my Maytag Jetclean, but nothing lights on the panel and the wash cycle doesn't start. Please help

Check to make sure the polarity of the incoming power is correct and all the electrical connections are solid. If this checks out OK, you'll probably find evidence of a bad main circuit board, i.e. burnt or discolored components, suggesting a power surge. If so, replace the board.
