[FONT='Times New Roman','serif']OK, it seems lint was trapped in the fan causing it not to spin and lock out the machine. So what I did was took the 4 screws (Phillips) off the back removing the lid, took apart the fan housing 4-6 screws (Phillips) tried to turn the shaft and it was stuff by some lint, so I cleaned and put everything back in reverse and now it works. So hope this helps anybody have the same problem.[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'][/FONT]

Joe - I too am getting this DHE error (WM3677HW machine) I tested the element which registered 11.5 and checked continuity in thermostat. But when checking the three thermistors (two on rear duct and one at the front boot) I got no reading at all. Does this mean I need to change all three?
