Heres some resistance checks to make : After the power is off, is the resistance of dry heater element 10 ~ 40Ω? Is the heater thermostat "closed" at room temperature ? Is the resistance of the two(2) thermistors on the condensing duct and dry duct 2.5kΩ ~ 180kΩ (at room temp. 75 to 80 dgrs.F.) If all checks are proper, you'll need a new control board.
Heres some meter usage information if you should need it,: http://forum.appliancepartspros...continuity-ohmmeter.html
Good Luck and Thanks, :) :) :)

OK, it seems lint was trapped in the fan causing it not to spin and lock out the machine. So what I did was took the 4 screws (Phillips) off the back removing the lid, took apart the fan housing 4-6 screws (Phillips) tried to turn the shaft and it was stuff by some lint, so I cleaned and put everything back in reverse and now it works. So hope this helps anybody have the same problem.

Joe - I too am getting this DHE error (WM3677HW machine) I tested the element which registered 11.5 and checked continuity in thermostat. But when checking the three thermistors (two on rear duct and one at the front boot) I got no reading at all. Does this mean I need to change all three?
