Solenoid not moving the ice bucket rod in position. I tried to move the solenoid slider (ice bucket removed) and it has some SMALL movement but appears "jammed" from moving up. Does not feel like it frozen to to ice (design does not appear to allow ice or water to drip onto it). Do I have to remove the entire assembly to get to the solenoid ? Looks like that is the case.

Or use small screwdriver to remove the cover plate of the ice-bucket solenoid ?
