The control assembly (part no. [FONT='Calibri','sans-serif']WH12X10169)[/FONT] had to be replaced but now that it's installed the washer is in diagnostic mode and all the LCD lights are blinking. When the old part is put back in, the washer works in operating mode. How do I fix this?

Look in the service sheet behind the control panel for exiting the diagnostic mode.

Check the paperwork with the part, or call the supplier, they may have some info on this.

I found the answer to this question.
On the old one is a connector with jumper wires that adapt the control to different models . You must install this part on the new control.
I got this answer from Justanswer.com. I got it in less than 5 minutes.
