Doesn't fill after getting off cycle. We got it back on cycle but then it went off again on the next load.

Hi

Can you describe in detail exactly what is happening as I do not understand what you mean by "off cycle". Sounds like the timer stops after agitation, but let's make certain we know what exactly is going on.
