The arrow buttons which control the oven temperature, timer, broil control, etc. does not work. I cannot find my manual. Is there a fuse or something that needs to be replaced?

There should be no "fuse" which would be responsible for such a condition, no. Your symptom is likely due to a defect in the electronic control itself.

Unfortunately the control for your model (part # 343440) looks to have been discontinued and is no longer available. If needed you'd have to try to find someone that might be able to repair the original control.
