I've got an oven that will no longer bake or broil (but the cooktop is fine). This is a recent problem.
Also, the child lock feature stopped working. This happened a couple months ago.

Any ideas on how to isolate if this is a 'control board' problem or a 'power board' problem?

The tech sheet shows a inline fuse on the wiring diagram for the bake/broil relay. I would check that fuse first.
