unit is less than 2 years old. but has seen alot of use. Yesterday it Worked like a champ, crushed ice for 1 of 2 glasses, glass number 2 - was a no go. pushing the selector switch, you hear a small motor noise, as if something is shifting, but when to depress the paddle switch<-- what ever its called? N O T H I N G.

I have have looked over the drawings you have for the GS6NBEXRS00, is it the circuit board or the motor, how do you test?
Thanks in advance

I have removed the entire unit and checked for lose wire, disconnect anything. No Luck. I have to assume that either the control board or the motor is fried - question is how to know which is the problem?
