Either no power is getting to the clock or it is likely defective.

is there a fuse?

There is not usually a fuse for just the clock unit, no.

or some type of reset

The only 'reset' that can usually be tried is totally disconnecting power from the appliance for a minute or two.

Quote:

If the clock is receiving power but not functioning at all, yes it would usually require replacing.
