My 80 yr old Mom has a GE refrigerator model #GSH22JFRE WW that was purchased in 2005 and it makes a clicking noise from the back bottom area that is directly behind the freezer. I believe this may be where the compressor is. Now the refrigerator/freeze have no cooling ability. What could be causing this problem? I saw some other thread and your responses and most of the time it seem that it was the main board. If this sounds like the same problem is her refrigerator covered for the charge of $100.00 with GE? Do you have the 800# for GE? Thank you so much!
