oven top broler and botton bake elements don't come on when you set for bake and set a temp it shows 100 degree and pre heat . same goes for the broler.

Hi,

I would check the relay board on the back, #28 in this diagram for your model.

The service manual has a troubleshooting guide you may find helpful.
I would remove the board and look at the back side for broken solder connections.
