My icemaker just stopped working. When it does make ice, the cubes are small. Every once in a while, it will produce a few cubes. What could be causing this?

Not enough water. Fill tube at ice maker partially blocked by ice caused by a leaky water inlet valve on the back of the fridge/freezer.
blockage of water caused by the blockage of mesh screen where water supply goes into water inlet valve.
Water inlet valve sticking not letting enough water in.

I will try this but I have to tell you, I am new at this and being that I'm single, I really don't know what I'm doing, lol. The manufacturers manual wasn't given to me. The refrigerator was already in this house when I bought it.

I found out that the water is not getting to icemaker at all. How do I fix this?

The water inlet valve on the back of the unit where the water supply comes in can have a slow leak and will cause ice to buildup and block the fill tube. Disconnect the ice maker line from the valve and watch to see if it has a slow drip. It doesn’t take much to eventually block the fill tube. The valve can leak because of sediment in the water preventing it from closing or low water pressure
Try swapping the wires on the dual water inlet valve. Then try the water dispenser. The water should go to the ice maker. This will tell you weather or not the ice maker valve is working and if the line is clear.
