It's a side by side refrig. Any ideas on what could be causing ice to be forming on the back wall?

check out the actual evaporator coil .. see if it is completely covered with ice or not ? could have a defrost problem or evaporator fan motor problem as well ? and in some cases , it might be even a compressor problem if there is just some ice where the cap tube meets the evaporator ?
