I have moved the timer around to the 3 different settings to the spin/drain cycle and get nothing. The drive belt is good (2 yo)

See if the motor is turning when it is supposed to be spinning. If it is the transmission probably has a problem. If not, check the wiring from the timer to the motor and try replacing the timer.
