I have a Whirlpool Refrigerator that is 3 years old with an Ice Maker and Water Dispenser. We moved it into storage a year ago and it was working fine. We moved it back into the new house and now, even though it is on the coldest setting for both the freezer and the regular side, both are warm on the top half and cold on the bottom. The ice maker is not working at all for some reason either, but the water dispenser seems to be functioning. Any ideas? Not sure where to begin on this. All appears well, and both the freezer and fridge are cold on the bottom areas but feel like room temperature on top. Not sure if the Ice Maker not functioning is related or not. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Is the evaporator fan running? If so it seems like you have an airflow problem, just check all the vents.
