The door lock assemble has problem. I found the part from the internet, see the attached photo. There is one section like a arc, the sales man told me that I have to remove the section like arc. Could anyone tell me how to remove it? Thanks, heyingh attached the following image(s):

I'm not sure where you bought it, but the one we sell (Original Frigidaire part) comes with instructions. Check the box.

Ask your supplier for the instructions, they charged enough; the instructions are complicated enough for the item to be useless without them.Also. if there are no instructions it's probably a returned part that they just sent you, so make sure all the parts are there!! Super glue and a bunch of wiring.
