The door lock assemble has problem. I found the part from the internet, see the attached photo. There is one section like a arc, the sales man told me that I have to remove the section like arc. Could anyone tell me how to remove it?

Thanks,

I'm not sure where you bought it, but the one we sell (Original Frigidaire part) comes with instructions. Check the box.

Ask your supplier for the instructions, they charged enough; the instructions are complicated enough for the item to be useless without them.Also. if there are no instructions it's probably a returned part that they just sent you, so make sure all the parts are there!! Super glue and a bunch of wiring.
