Have had the bottom element checked and confirmed as okay. Have not checked the top element. Top surface range works. Would appreciate your answer, thank you :mad:

On many units both the bake and broil element come on when in preheat so the top element (Broil) may be your problem. You did not say, does it heat at all? Could be a bad oven sensor.
