So randomly in the middle of doing a load of laundry, the dryer started sounded like the were tennis shoes bouncing around in it, and then it started sounding like metal rubbing metal as well. I took a look and the belt is fine, but when I try to spin the tumbler, it is very tough and makes the same sound. When I lift up on the front of the tumbler, it moves and sounds as it should. Did something that supports the tumbler break? Please help, and thank you.
