Could be a number of things but I would first remove the cabinet and pull the pump off the motor to determine if something may be jamming the pump. Just release the clips on the pump and pull it off, no need to remove the hoses at this point. Now try and see if it will agitate or spin. Here's a video on removing the cabinet. Eric

Hello,
I have a Kenmore 90 series washing machine that will no longer spin. When the spin cycle is on it makes a loud buzzing type sound. Model number is listed below. Thanks in advance.
