My freezer will not defrost, the bottom fills full of solid ice. This began after I had the condensor replaced a few years ago. (I think the condensor is what they replaced) Any ideas as to why? It seems like the bottom is just filling up with water and freezing, it doesn't effect the rest of the freezer. It does, however, cause the bottom drawer of my refridge to freeze stuff also.
PLEASE HELP if you can
