First wash cylcle ends. Machine starts to drain but drains only for 10-15 seconds. Cycle stops and tub is refilled with water. The tub is not completely drained of water and soap. Wash cycle begins again and runs normally to the end. Problem is the soap is still on clothes at the end. Thanks for the help.

Sounds like the problem is a bad timer.
