My built in Whirlpool Dishwasher has a flashing rinse only light. I can not get any of the controls to work. I have checked the internal fuse(ok). I have also checked the door safety switches (ok). I have removed power and turned back on but does the same thing, just a flashing rinse only indicator. I think it might have a bad control circuit board. Any ideas????

I think it might have a bad control circuit board.
I would lean more towards a stuck closed key.
See the tech sheet to get the keypad pinouts so you can check it with your meter.

I have the exact same problem. Used the tech sheet and verified no shorts in the keypad. Let me know what fixes your issue.
