Hi,

My 8 months old KitchenAid dishwasher is making an unpleasant noise when I open/close the door. I made a service call few weeks ago when the problem started. A technician from Whirlpool came and simply sprayed liquid grease on the lanyards and pulleys. It's was quiet for about 2 weeks.

Now I don't want to pull the dishwasher every few weeks to put more grease. I searched the web and I found this: http://appliancejunk.com...s/index.php?topic=2123.0
It seems like Whirlpool is now making a door balance kit with two pulleys.

I called Whirlpool again to get this new door balance kit installed as it would fix the problem permanently. Sadly, they don't have access to that kit which I find pretty strange.

So I want to order this kit from the net and install it by myself. So I would like to know where to order the part from ? AppliancePartsPros doesn't have the new version of the kit with the two pulleys.

Thanks

It seems like the link is censored ? Everything between www and com is a bunch of asterisk.

I finally figured out the url. The kit on that site is identical to what I have right now. It only has one pulley at the bottom and not two.

Did the page offer the 1059756 kit? It shows 2 pullleys and 2 lanyards. I understood this to be the new kit from the link that I found.
Do you need me to help you more with this issue?
