Fan on the backside of freezer unit getting very hot and stops rotating frequently. Supply is present

Sounds like this fan motor is defective but you'll need the model number to locate a replacement... Suggest using a substitute fan for a temporary fix until you can get a new motor... I've had folks setup a 20" box fan or 16" desktop fan and direct air thru the condenser coil until a new motor could be located so they could still use their fridge while waiting for a motor to show up in the mail...
