Hello, my ice machine is stuck in a cycle. the water continually runs over the tray, it will not cycle in or out. The bracket under the tray is not broken. I tried replacing the ice thickness switch as that is the problem sometimes and it did not correct it. Any ideas. Thanks so much.

Thanks, it should be either a broken bracket or the switch, from my limited experience, however the bracket is not broken [it is very corroded under the bottom] and the switch is not theproblem. Just wondering if the corrosion is a factor as far asnot letting it get a reading or if there is another cause.
