I checked the outlet for power, it is ok because it goes on the washing cycle, the lid seems to be ok, so my guess is that it may be the pump or something else, can you help?:confused: Thank you!

It is easy to test it. Open the control panel, unplug the lid switch wire plug and bypass it. Run the washer. If it does drain and spin then the lid switch has to be replaced. - The part number for the lid switch is AP3100003 Here are the break down diagrams and Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL KAWS577EQ0 \| AppliancePartsPros.com Gene.
