Both the fridge portion and the freezer are cold at the bottom levels but warm at the top. What could be the problem? What should I look at in order to fix the problem? Please help....Thanks in advance

The freezer fans is running. I do see build up of frost on the back of the freezer. I am not sure how to tell if the food comp. vent is clear.
