My diswasher is leaking from the bottom of the unit. The water connections are okay. The water appears to leak more during the rinse cycle.

The owner's manual contains a drawing of the water distribution system. It's not a very detailed drawing so I can't tell where the leak points may be.

Any advice on what may be causing the leak. If this is a leak between the pump and the motor is it worth fixing?

The rubber connector above the pump is a common leak point. The rubber sump behind the pump will leak often as well. If it’s leaking between the pump and the motor you can replace the seal. The seal is easy to install and I think it comes with good directions. Dishwasher Leaking Repair Guide

Leaks are usually worth repairing.

Remove the kick plate
Get yourself a small mirror and a good flashlight. A mirror on a handle like mechanics etc. use is a good option.
Remove power from the unit and dry the pump etc. with paper towels.
Start a cycle and find the leak.
Note that where it is dripping may not be where the actual leak is. It may be leaking higher up and then running down components till it drips off.
Watch where your hands are you do not want to get a shock. The shock probably will not be much but when you pull your hand out rapidly odds are high you would get a cut or scrape.
