A Model Number might help.
Check the power at the plug with a meter. Should be L1 to L2 240 volts L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral 120 volts If you do not have a meter turn the breaker off/on slowly a couple times. Sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker. Depending which half drops out, this can cause the motor to not run as it uses 120 volts.
If power OK, I would place a service call as the unit should still be under warranty. If you mess with it you could void the warranty. |
