Where elements connect in the back there is white insulation on both bake and broil elements Bake element insulation is perfectly white. Surface of broil element is black - appears to be burned. Is this normal wear from the heat. Is it cause for concern ? Thanks, in advance, for any help / direction you might be able to provide Dave in Olathe KS
