Hi, my refrigerator not cool but freezer very cool. fisrt I cleaned the coil under refrigerator door, then it changing the sounds from kock, kock , kock, kock.... to buzzzze , buuzzzzz, buuuuzzzz. Its just a little better, Its till not cool. Anyone can help me to solve problems. thanks
ps: model is: KSRS25 I ( or 1 ) LSS01 :)

Cold air enters the fridge through a damper or vent between the freezer and fridge. The evaporator fan in or behind the freezer blows the air through. There is an adjustment to open and close this vent to allow more or less cold air in.

See if your damper open and closes when you adjust the fridge temp. control.

Remove the rear cover and check the fan motor next to the compressor.

Check how the cold air is coming through the air diffuser (#15 on the diagram)
