Refrigerator upper door hinge has started binding and making noise. I removed hinge and lubed it, no help. I swapped the two top hinges and the freezer side continues to operate fine. The refrigerator top hinge appears not to be perpendicular(pin going into the door) when installed.

Any suggestions as to repair would be appreciated. THANKS!

Hi Roger...did you ever resolve your refrigerator door hinge problem? Mine is making an awful noise opening and closing...seems to be the upper hinge. Any tips?
Thanks...Cheryl

I removed hinge and used a q-tip to wipe out anything in the hole for the pin. Applied lube(spray and packed hole with Dow Corning) It has helped about 95%. Good Luck!--Roger
