This is a gas dryer. The glow plug goes on and the flame ignites, but won't stay on very long. Turn the dryer off and then on, the glow plug goes on, but now no flame. Wait awhile and we are back to square one. I ckecked both the high and low thermostates. They are OK. There is a flame senser switch. It tested OK. I cleaned the exhaust area. ????????

Your description would indicate a weak set of gas valve coils, Part number: AP3094251
I'm sure you'll be fine, once you replace the assembly. Good Luck, :) :) :)
