Good Day to All,

The touch pad ( interface dispenser asm.) is not dispensing the Icer or water. The unit lights up but when the pad is pressed the light for the selected function goes out. Can anyone help?

Greg, usually when I see that problem, it is not the dispenser interface assembly, it is usually the mother board, behind the refrigerator. If you pull the refrigerator out, on the back you will see a panel, which is held on by three screws. Behind it is the motherboard. Part # WR55X10552. Tom

Tom, Thanks very much for the info. I will replace the mother board as I recently purchased one from appliance parts pros.

Greg.
