Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 2/5/2008(UTC) Posts: 3		Our Maytag dryer motor will not start. I checked the belt and that seems fine. I removed the belt and the tumbler turns freely. I can turn the motor shaft freely. When pushing the on switch the motor hums. Is this possibly a starter switch problem?
