I have a whirlpool gas dryer that will heat up and run for about 10 minutes, then makes a 20 second rattle and the heat stops. There is no issue with the tumbling, just the heat. I have checked the thermal fuse and that was fine. I also tested the gas coils on an Ohm meter and they tested to spec based on the information on this website. Is there anything I should be looking at that would cause a rattle and lack of heat?

Thanks!

I would replace the coils on the gas valve. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
