Recently we have noticed that dished especially in the top rack are not getting clean, even after they have been rinsed prior to loading.
I open the dishwasher when it is running and it appears to be circulationg water.
What should I be checking to verify the water pressure is adequate to clean the dishes.
What steps should I take to figure out what is wrong with this dishwasher?
Is this a common issue withthe Whirlppol.
Thanks

Ms. D, The first thing I would do is check the air gap on top of the sink (if there is one) for a clog. If there is no air gap then remove the drain hose from the garbage disposer, put the end of the drain hose in a bucket and run the drain cycle. Watch how it drains and post the results. Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL GU1200XTLB3 | AppliancePartsPros.comGene.
