The lights on my dishwasher are messed up...I tried a "reset" which originally worked. Now, all I get after any reset efforts (heat, normal twice or unplug, heat, hi-wash) is a switch between normal and rinse only...rinse eventually wins out. After it runs for about 20-30 minutes (in rinse), the lights go out completely (until resetting).
No cancel, start, any other buttons are functional.
Would changing the control panel take care of this problem and (hopefully) restore regular operations?

You most likely have a bad keypad circuit. You'll still need to run the "reset" program after you change the control panel. Good Luck, :) :) :)
