Duet dryer (gas): when start button is pressed it trips the breaker. If gas line is disconnected it runs fine. Any suggestions?

There is an electrical short somewhere. You have to take the dryer apart and check all wires and electrical parts. The Service manual might help.

In order you will need a part just type "Duet" in the Search box.
