part number WR30X10093 Mech Icemaker Asm and I need 1 Replace Complete Icemaker My question is do I need to buy both of them or do I just need to buy Replace Complete Icemaker

If you are looking to replace your icemaker (AP4345120) a new icemaker is all you need. It comes with extra parts depending on your model, but it is easy enough to install.
