how do i check the voltage at the power cord where should be 120 & where sould be 208 @ l1 l2 & neutro

When I look for info using your Model Number all that comes up is a pedestal.
Please check the Model Number
Model Number Locator

GE is a pain to get any technical info on.
Seems they think their products are top secret or perhaps it is just a way to get revenue from service.
Check in the control console for the wiring diagram, they like to put them in there.
