The washer works on all cycles but when it comes to the rinse, that water only drips in. I cleaned all hose filters but do not know if this is a major problem or worth a repair. Any advise???:confused:

Since it fills correctly on the wash cycle I think the timer is the issue, for some reason it is not sending enough current to the valves to open them.

Try changing it out and see if that helps. If you need more info please post a full model number.

I will get that info this evening, someone also said it may be a fuse from an unbalanced load....does that make any sense to you to try??

Thanks...saves me the problem of looking for a fuse! I'm resently separated and trying to be self sufficent....any insight into this repair would be greatly appreciated! I'll find the model# and go from there :)

Ok, good. One thing you need to do before we go any further is to see if it will fill with cold water when you have it on cold water on the wash cycle. If not, this means the cold water valve is not opening, which is why you would not get a fill on the rinse cycle which only uses cold water.

If not check the cold water hose to make sure cold water is coming through it, and if so then the cold water valve may be the problem.

If cold water will fill in the wash cycle, then the timer is more likely the problemLet un.
